Our Team
My name is Parker Bollinger. I am the Acquisitions Manager for Gem Homes. I was born in Amarillo, Texas and grew up in the small town of Perryton, Texas where I played sports, farmed, and learned the value of hard work. After graduating, I attended Texas Tech University, fell in love with Lubbock, and decided to call this place home. Lubbock has been the place where I have started a few businesses, met some amazing people, and began working in ministry, which I am still involved in to this day and love serving the church. Something else I love to do is give kids an opportunity through the game of basketball, so I train kids in basketball and help them reach their next level goals. I am most thankful God guided me to Lubbock because in 2001 it is the place where I met my wife, Danielle. We have 2 amazing girls, Addisyn and Kinslee, who bring us so much joy. We love just hanging out together, playing sports, and going to the beach as often as we can.
My name is Dustin Pearce. I am one of the Acquisitions Managers for Gem Homes and the newest member of the team. I was born in Odessa, Texas, and grew up in Plainfield, Indiana, where I graduated from high school in 2000. I went to college at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and graduated with a degree in Communication and Journalism. My first career out of college was as a local television sportscaster in Abilene, Texas. The career path led me from Abilene to Midland where I worked as the Sports Director at Big 2 until 2010. I have spent the last decade in vocational ministry at Stonegate Fellowship Church and am currently in a new season of opportunity and influence outside of the church walls. Midland has been my home since 2008 and has become a place I have grown to love and am proud to call home. Best of all, it’s where I met my wife Alye whom I married in July of 2014 and where our 3 children, Anderson, Wade, and Amelia, were born. Our family is growing and excited about the journey ahead and look forward to growing our relationships in this community!
My name is Brock Elliott. I’m the Lead Manager for Gem Homes. I was born here in Lubbock but spent most of my childhood in Midland, Texas. Growing up I spent my time playing video games, riding bikes and collecting horned toads (they were everywhere back then). After High School I went to Midland College to study Drafting for a couple years and then decided to switch it up and move back to Lubbock to attend Lubbock Christian University majoring in Humanities with a specialization in Mathematics. Later I went on and received my degree in Information Technology. In 2005, I met the love of my life, Carrie, and we began our journey to start our amazing little family. Carrie and I now have four children, Jessica, Alexanna, Briggs and our newest addition is Baby Mac. We are a family that loves technology and we spend our days tinkering with computers and other electronics. When we get the chance, we love to break away and head to Ruidoso to unwind.
My name is Dedra Edwards. I am an Acquisitions Manager and Dispositions Specialist for Gem Homes. I am a Lubbock native and spent a lot of my childhood in the country on my grandfather’s farm riding horses, feeding the animals, and walking barefoot down dirt roads. This is where I learned how much Jesus loved me and that I can do anything I set my mind to with his help. After graduating high school, I attended Texas Tech for a short time, majoring in Business Administration. In 2009, I met my amazing husband Deonte. We have two very independent children, De’Jayce and De’Lanie who make life an adventure everyday. Since 2016, I have been involved in children’s ministry and continue to serve in anyway I can. Starting in 2019, I began serving in the women’s pods at Lubbock County Detention Center and it has been life changing. It’s one of my favorite things to do. Serving others is what my family and I live to do. Hospitality is my top spiritual gift and one of the ways I love to serve is by inviting people into my home and organizing events. When we can get away, we love to spend time in the mountains enjoying God’s creation.
